Amplifier Installation in Santee

An amplifier is what makes aftermarket speakers actually breathe. Stock head-unit amplifiers typically deliver around 18 watts RMS per channel, enough for daily-driver volume, but well below what good aftermarket components are designed to receive. Class-D efficient mono amps start around 500 watts RMS for daily-driver bass; 4-channel amps for full-range speaker upgrades start around 75 watts per channel.
